SPOILED CAKE, bad customer service. Don't get fooled by the fake reviews. Ordered Midnight Oreo Cheesecake through UberEats, it was extremely sour, couldn't take more than 2 bites. Seemed like it was spoiled. I called the store, the phone kept being passed around and I was put on hold several times, made it seem like they were discussing how to respond rather than addressing the issue. We traveled quite a distance and were really excited to try the rasmalai and gulab jamun pastries, but unfortunately they didn’t live up to our expectations. The cake was very dense and thick, lacking the moisture and softness, just doughy taste. The frosting was extremely light and surprisingly there wasn’t much of the distinctive rasmalai or gulab jamun flavor coming through. Overall, it was quite disappointing given how much we were looking forward to it. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it based on this experience.
