I've been with Dr. Rashida N' Gouamba since the early days of her practice right during the pandemic. I appreciate that she comes with extensive experience after training and practicing in NYC but still maintains a small, intimate practice. Because she is a sole provider, this means that she is spread thin- so it's true you might have to wait in clinic, but this also means that she will be the person to deliver your baby unlike multi-provider practices where you might get whomever is on call. I highly recommend Dr. Rashida N’gouamba! I am a VERY anxious person when it comes to medical procedures—especially colposcopies—but she made my first experience so comfortable and reassuring. Dr. N’gouamba is incredibly empathetic, warm, and skilled. She took the time to chat with me and distract me during the procedure, which made such a difference. Dr. N'Gouamba started as my OBGYN for my regular checkups. Then when I became pregnant, she delivered my 1st baby. Every time I saw her, she was kind, honest, straight-forward which I appreciated, answered all my questions, and was available when I had an emergency or off-hour questions. Her team was always kind. My delivery was an unexpected c-section that happened in a matter of hours. I was scared of the C-section process and she consoled me that everything will be alright. I am beyond lucky to have found Dr. N’gouamba! She is extremely thorough and professional. She is also very personable and has excellent bedside manner. I am very impressed with her intelligence and lived her supremely clean and organized office. I highly recommend her!! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
