Rashid was a great find for electricians. He is always prompt and quite flexible with his time. What I appreciated most was his taking the time to explain what we needed and why. I was impressed by Rashi Kaddoura's electrical heating and air company. Rashi spent time doing some diagnostics and explained electrical problems. It shows he cares about the customers. After giving us a quote, he called to follow up with us the next day if we had any questions. I have a few electricians who came to provide the quotes and no follow-up after that. Repairman came immediately after caterer plugged in appliance outside and knocked out power in kitchen and several other rooms. He methodically checked sockets and breakers until finding a burned-out breaker in an ancillary box in a furnace room I never thought to check. He had replacement part with him.
