We went in to replace an oil cap seal. Somehow they destroyed the engine (I'm guessing they ran the truck without oil on accident). They gave us a replacement engine that was older and higher mileage with a year warranty. The replacement engine completely failed just after a year. They totalled our truck because of their incompetence. They also told us to come on Sundays, then wouldn't show up. Overall they were very unprofessional.
WARNING - do not support these people! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful - wasted my elderly father’s time and disrespected us to our face instead of apologizing for their negligence. We made an appointment and confirmed with the management, dropped off the car for service as communicate, confirmed again the the morning it would be ready by a certain time, and went to pick up later to find out nobody even touched the car and nobody was available to work on our car. Avoid at all costs!! Killed my engine (they had no idea how, but replaced it with a used engine). Whole time they were extremely unresponsive— wouldn’t answer the phone during business hours, I had to Uber to the shop to even get a response from them. A year later, that engine is completely dead. A quoted 400 dollar repair ended up costing me THOUSANDS because of their mistake. Dishonest & incompetent company.
Bad Service ever!!! Beware of this place.
Went there to get brakes replaced. They replaced the brakes but cut my emergency brakes wire and told me I didn’t need them🤔
