Went to this place and it was an absolute joke. Waited months close to a year to get my finger poke and told to try and walk more ( I can't walk do to my arthritis ) bottom line I went to get a prescription because my insurance stated I had to go. Insurance denied the medication, the insurance told me to call the office and state what they needed. I did which led to another prescription same problem not one fix from the office. I cannot recommend Dr. Agarwal and her team enough. As a complex medical patient, finding a doctor who truly listens, understands, and has both the knowledge and time to help can feel nearly impossible. This dr has no openings til nov. for new patients ( said natalie the scheduler ) can’t wait that long when low on medicine . Also there is no direct way to reach the actual ofc this my first day getting my referral for this doctor absolutely horrible experience meanwhile I asked the scheduler if she can see When’s the soonest appointment is yet? They had time to verify all my information, but couldn’t tell me that there was an appointment till November until after I verified everything which made no sense and that’s where a ... read more
