Dr haverkorn is the best .sad to see her go best dr ever
Thoroughly tested and assessed my urological issue, provided options, and then performed surgery. She is GREAT!! Best doctor (of any specialty) I've ever had the experience of using. Her work is awesome, I've had many surgeries for this same issue, and she fixed it!!! Plus, she is so kind, personable, doesn't show you that she is rushed (and she is busy, so I know she is!) and really takes the time to talk with you. BEEN GOING TO HER FOR TWO YEARS AND SHE IS VERY CARING, EXPLAINS THINGS WELL AND IS EXCELLENT SURGEON SHE IS MILES FROM NE BUT I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE
I was terrified this morning to go to the doctors. I have felt like I wasn't heard in the past. Dr Haverkorn was amazingly kind and understanding. I feel hopeful about getting better now. I would recommend her to anyone.
From the first step into the office of Dr. Haverkorn I was greeted with a friendly welcoming hello and from there an assistant who took vital signs was kind and answered the few questions I asked. After being placed In a room and had a short wait for Dr Haverkorn I was greeted with a friendly face and warm introduction. I knew instantly I would like her as a person and soon found I liked her as a physician. The best part of my exam was finding out I needed no treatment for now.
I am dissatisfied with Dr. Haverkorn's attitude and lack of understanding for my son's mental disability. She is a smug and uncompassionate practitioner.
I highly recommend Dr. Haverkorn. Unlike comments from another reviewer, I found her to be very attentive and responsive to my issues. I have seen her twice at the 11212 TX Highway 151 office.
The worst Doctor I've ever encountered. I waited for an hour. Her bedside manner is horrible. She doesn't listen. When I questioned her about my treatment, she gave me the most superior attitude. I called her out on it and she kicked me out of her office. Never again will I go Urology of San Antonio!
