Dr. Germain is an outstanding and talented surgeon, and her compassion and intelligent explanations of my problem and solutions were beyond compare. She saved me when I needed emergency spinal surgery, and I am recovering beautifully thanks to this amazing doctor. I will be forever indebted.
I had been to several doctors trying to get help for neck pain over the span of 2 years. I felt like nobody took me seriously and I'm not one to complain or keep pushing so that's my fault. I was recommended Dr Germain by my physical therapist. She is intelligent up-to-date compassionate thorough and timely. The office picks up they return calls as quick as they can and they genuinely care about your well-being.
This doctor cares about your well being. Had a big lumbar fusion and am recovering according to her plan. She explains, in detail, everything she is going to do. Her staff, which makes the doctor, is the best. they run a tight ship for your betterment.
This is the absolute best doctor I've ever encountered. Knowledgeable, patience, personable. She's a gem!
