This clinic is horrible. My doctor(who is great) moved here recently and I have never even stepped foot in the building. They don't answer their phones, the voicemail is full. My medication has run out and the pharmacy couldn't renew seemingly because they can't get a hold of the doctor. My fiance can't get a hold of our same doctor because nobody answers the phones. Ridiculous. The clinic needs to get their operations in order.
I’m so done with them, they never pick call, they put you on hold if you ask them documents then they don’t provide you have remember them everything, it’s been I’m trying to get ahold of my test orders but waiting them to respond on google it says they are open but they don’t respond to call, I called them around 2:25 they were close at 3 to ask my test orders then they put me on hold and didn’t ans I was at work, I can’t be waiting that long then I tried calling them again till 3’0 clock they never picked up and then they ... read more
