i hired rasco to form a corporation and paid him 1500.00 in full never did the work to form the corporation and refused to refund the money. complete thief and true scumbag.
Never returned our email or voicemails. I even filled out their contact form on his website with no response. We ended up contacting a different firm in Galveston.
Houston Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee agreed after considering evidence and testimony that Mr. Rasco overcharged us significantly and ordered him to return 5,070 dollars on 3/10/2017. Mr. Rasco agreed to binding arbitration and now six months later still refuses to comply with the Houston Bar Association decision. Now I am forced to file a petition complaint against him.
