Melissa was our waitress. She had no personality & less skills at being a server. 20 mins for our drinks to come.We ordered pretzel bites & the little rascal appetizer. It took 45 mins to get the appetizers. I had to go to the bar for silverware & napkins. Appetizers were great. I had to ask for refills on our drinks. Our meals came BBQ pulled pork sandwich w/ fries & 16" pizza. The pizza was soggy & tasted reheated. It was awful. Rascals provides fun and entertainment for the entire family. Kids and adults alike can participate in the games and activities. If you get hungry you can either grap a snack near the games or go to the other side and enjoy a quality meal at the restuarant. The seating in the restaurant is not crowded and there are televisions to enjoy the games. The wait staff are friendly and efficient. I had a blast taking my 5 year old daughter there and will be taking my wife along as well in future visits.
