I just honestly don’t understand why this place can never get an order 100% accurate. The customer should receive EVERYTHING THAT IS ON THE RECEIPT, down to the condiments. I made the mistake of ordering again today and received some bland chicken tenders with no sauce, although on the receipt they rang in bbq sauce. I order wings, which lacked sauce. This place has fallen off completely. Idk who they’re hiring but they need to run some serious past employment verification because there’s no possible way these people have worked in the restaurant industry before. I placed 2 orders, 2 days in a row. Yesterday I ordered wings & waffle fries. The waffle fries were inedible because they were fried into a big clump and only partially cooked.
