Had a wonderful massage. My therapist was communicative and very helpful. The extra relaxation room and sauna are also a plus.

I had one of the best massages ever at Rasa Spa. They have a beautiful relaxing room, overlooking the water. You can enjoy it for as long as you like before and/or after your massage. Extremely relaxing. You can order lunch from College town bagels which is downstairs and they will deliver it to you in the relaxing room. I stayed several hours and didn't want to leave.

I used Rasa Spa for a private yoga session. A lovely staffer there, Abigail, coordinated with me in advance to set up the perfect session for me and a small group. It was very well-priced and the payment procedure so so smooth and easy. I can't wait to head back to Ithaca and use this spa and instructor again. My instructor Sarah Worden was in-cre-di-ble. Excellent massage and love the added sauna and showers. I didn't have time to enjoy the tranquility room though. I'll return!
