Rick was absolutely the silver lining on what was not a great day. As I grew up in IL, I wasn't familiar with the local garages. I was stranded on the side of the road until a good friend showed up and highly recommended Rick's garage. I always took my car to the dealership for service, but had it towed to Rick's Garage on Saturday. I connected with Rick on Monday (as they were closed) and he was very nice and said he'd take a look at it. Unfortunately, it wasn t good news. A spark plug had been pulled up into my engine!
