The company installed our stove over tightening a clamp. This caused an electrical fire. Fortunately we were in the kitchen at the time it occurred. If it had happened at night we could have lost our whole family. Now they are refusing to take care of the damages. If I were you I would check on who is installing your appliances because this company installs for Home Depot. Make sure they are not your installers and make sure the ones that arrive at your door are certified!
