Aliyah has been my go-to in the Sacramento/Folsom area for blonding/highlights and hair care. She is so sweet and so fun to work with. I’ve never left dissatisfied and constantly get compliments on my hair. I am a Rarity patron forever!!
Some of the best service I have received at any salon I've ever been to! I had my hair done by the amazing Sophia and she did such an incredible job. She did a full highlight and extensions for me and my hair has never looked better. The entire staff at Rarity is so friendly, it's gorgeous and clean and they're so accommodating. Can't wait to be back in Sophia's chair again soon!
