You all surpass the excellent job each and everyone in Hackensack Hospital do. Not only is Hackensack my # 1 hospital but I will have my hernia surgery done there in the near future. My dad is in trauma center. My mom suffered a lot of agony this evening . She frantically was looking for a doctor to help her but couldn't find one . Its is very sad from a reputational hospital like yours . I had to then call customer service when Rachel came on the phone to help. You need to understand the urgency of situation.
