Donna the technician was professional and compassionate. She explained what the procedure would consist of.. She took time helping me to get comfortable on the table.. She told me how long each test would take. A great experience
I recently had to get an MRI for one of my shoulders. The staff at Raritan Bay Diognostic Imaging is always wonderful. Everyone is courteous, and answer all your questions in a professional manner. But this visit, I have to give a special thanks to the MRI tech, Donna. While other technicians simply tell you “not to move” during the MRI procedure, Donna went into more specific details like saying I shouldn’t take deep breaths, or sniff (my allergies are running rampant) when you hear those loud MRI noises. My best experience with customer service and healthcare care. Someone hit my car from behind in Manhattan and caused my concussion. With bad headache and body pain I took doctor advice to get MRI. Traffic really bad and I was late for the latest appointment at 5:30. I called on the way to reschedule but they are so kind to accommodate to wait for me. The young Lady Donna, who took care of me was EXCELLENT. My name is Maribel Rodriguez I had an MRI done on Friday, October 24, 2025 and Donna was like an angel sent to me. Because I'm closafobic, lots of anxiety. The Old Bridge Hospital tried doing this test and was not successful. Donna, made me feel very comfortable. And I was able to finish the MRI. Thank you
