Absolutely disgraceful staff. My mom set up an urgent appointment due to a new development in her health. The nicer receptionist called to confirm my mom's appointment. Fine, all confirmed. They sent a text as well. We arrived for her appointment and the nastiest receptionist, who I've never seen before, became immediately belligerent, telling my mom she doesn't have an appointment that day.
