Jacqueline Bowden Gold was a fantastic help in settling my late fathers estate. She provided me with some early advice, which I followed to the letter. I was able to deal with a somewhat hostile and uncooperative bank while operating well within my legal rights and eventually settle the estate for the full value. She and her team were very accessible and provided me with the information that I needed in an easy to understand way (i.e. not legalese mumbo jumbo).
I highly recommend Attorney Jacqueline Bowden Gold! She is extremely knowledgeable in estate planning, probate, guardianships and asset protection (mainly real estate). She is honest, compassionate and quick to reply. As a Realtor, I have recommended her to clients and also to family and friends. She always come through! She takes the time to listen and understand. We had a very good experience with Attorney Phillip Rarick who guided us through the creation of a Trust and Will. We had a family member pass away a year ago and she had a Trust and Will. The assets flowed immediately to the surviving children without attorneys or legal publications.
