Amazing yoga experience, love how I felt in the end and such a special shavasana. I was challenged and encouraged, and this space is a completely judgement free environment.
The atmosphere at the spa was relaxing and so accommodating. The yoga sculpt class was smaller in size which made it feel intimate and the teacher was helpful and gentle in her approach of instruction. Lovely all around!
My face was GLOWING after the hydrafacial deluxe, feels 10x smoother, and I love love love Amanda! She was so helpful with assessing my skin and suggesting skincare/ingredients to use and when and gave me really good advice for future services that would fit my skin needs.
Holy smokes! All the stored stress that was causing restriction and discomfort is gone after this 90 minute session. Pure bliss
