A uniquely impressive and positive experience. I had a high end lamp that needed repair. Called many places in Boston area. Most could not do repair and some said yes but with high price and long wait time. I left a message for Seth who called me right back. Looked at photos I sent and said he could do repair. I brought lamp in to his cool shop. He repaired while I waited and could not have been more fair in the pricing. He is a talented pro and we are lucky to have his skills in the area.

I brought in a dining chair that was damaged in moving. I have had some of my very expensive furniture damaged before and came back looking better than when left it for repair. The chair back was broken in the move. When I first went to pick it up the stain where the repairs were made didn’t seven matched was full and not even polished. I didn’t accept it and when I went to retrieve it again it was scratched in places that it was not before and the chair looked in terrible condition. I will never bring anything to them again... read more
