My Husband and I came to Rare for our first anniversary & wow what an incredible experience. The food was to die for, and our server Anna was exceptional. We will absolutely be back!
Rare is always a phenomenal experience, amazing food, cocktails, and atmosphere. Anna did a phenomenal job making the experience memorable while keeping attention to detail. Definitely a must stop in Foco
My husband and I loved this place and will come back the next time that we are in Fort Collins! Appetizers- I had the onion dip and my husband had the calamari. I loved that the onion dip had lots of flavor besides just onions. Dinner- I had the vegan eggplant parm and I could have eaten a few more of them because that’s how good it was lol. My husband had 2 pastas, a half portion of each and enjoyed both. We were too full to have dessert. 😂
The waitstaff was professional, attentive, and very familiar with the menu. Their recommendations were excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable. Parking can be a little challenging, although there are plenty of spaces in the area if you’re able to find one. The food has a very authentic, homemade quality to it, which really stood out.
