A little disappointed. My wife has been here 3 times and I have tasted her leftovers, not bad, got me interested. I try the appetizers, sprouts and some calamari. I am a sprout fan, and these were great. The calamari was also quite good. They are known for their steaks, so I got the 50 dollar ribeye, mid rare of course. My girlfriend and I went to Rare for Valentine’s Day, and it was hands down the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, everything felt special. The manager, Collin, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, constantly making sure we were enjoying ourselves without ever being overbearing. Clean atmosphere, Josiah needs a raise! This man was world class and did a phenomenal job. Makes we me want to come back.
Wow did we luck out! Perfect timing earned us a spot at the bar on Valentine’s Day. For this first visit we just enjoyed the calamari appetizer, authentic Italian bread and libations but will certainly be back to try their award winning steak. If you live in town or are just visiting, make a point to stop by and try this gem in Fort Collins
