Rex went way above and beyond to help get my house ready to sell for the best price possible! He made recommendations and facilitated work in my house that was needed to upgrade, update, and meet specific requirements for inspection. I absolutely cannot recommend Rex enough. He was fantastic to buy a house with and even better (if that is possible) to sell with. He knows everyone you could possibly need to fix, inspect, or upgrade your home. He is always available and is very flexible with scheduling. He always makes it feel like it is his pure pleasure to come look at houses with you.
