I have a very different perspective from the review Stu Helm made concerning the work by Mark Bondurant of Rare Earth Builders. I represented three homeowners including Stu in contracting with Mark to turn a driveway prone to deep ruts every time it rained. Those ruts made me feel as though my car would be bounced uncontrollably into pedestrians at the bottom of the hill. The ruts were potentially dangerous. It's been so long since I wrote a negative review on line, I can't even remember the last time I did. However, the workmanship and attitude of Rare Earth Builders has prompted me to do so now. The work we had done on our driveway was so shoddy that it looked totally unfinished, and I was shocked to find out that they considered it done. I called them back, pointed out everything wrong and they agreed that it was not a finished job.
