Bought my daughters formal dress, they insisted I pay cash. When I picked of the dress I noticed stains and other imperfections. I bought this to the lady's attention and she got very angry and said we purchased it 'as is'. Do not spend your money at Rare Dare!
I had absolutely my worst experience at this 'shop'! The dress I bought was supposed to be my wedding dress and Rosemary, Anna and Nick gave me the worst experience of my life. I was promised the world and was left paying full price for a dirty, wrecked dress. For eight months I was promised alterations, changes to my dress, making me the perfect gown.
