The environment is like a family. The coaches want the best for all who are in training.
Most gyms I've gone to are just a room with weights and you don't have any guidance. This gym membership comes with coaches, occasional fitness challenges, and a welcoming atmosphere. I've seen results - weight loss, muscle definition, and increased confidence. The coaches help keep me accountable to my own goals. Highly recommend this gym.
