Spent $95 to get two hair cuts. One for myself and one for my 6yr old daughter. Botched both cuts. Asked for a trim, lost probably 3 inches of healthy hair. Asked for my daughter to get a concave. She left with a short ass bob cut!!! Not happy at all. What a waste of nearly $100. Would never recommend or return. Didn't even have the decency to apologise.

As a woman with short hair there isn't room for error. Paul has been amazing since my very first visit. He is attentive, listens to what I would like and I have never left disappointed.
