We have used Rara restaurant for catering for events and home celebrations For the last five years Recently of us cater for milestone birthday party around 60+guests . They are always helpful and professional, and never had a problem with few food quality. We have an event coming up for my daughter’s wedding. We will definitely consider using Rara for needs. Excellent home catering
Booked catering for a wedding, paid the deposit, and everything was confirmed — only for the food to never turn up on the day. Honestly, what kind of service is that? Completely unacceptable and an absolute nightmare to deal with on someone’s wedding day. I would never order from this place again and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
What a lot of Shambles!!!! This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!! The service was so trosius , whilst booking for our wedding, the owner seemd to be drunk on the phone. How can such people run the business !!! With drunken behaviour, shittest attitude, keeping the wedding function wait and making our humble guest hungry!! One question to the owner: where is your catering Etiquette!!!
Absolutely disgusting and appalling behaviour for this restaurant. It ruined our wedding function completely by not showing up, had booked catering service from the restaurant and paid half deposit in advance. They never turned up and when called the owner he was absolutely drunk and kept convincing the food is coming which never showed up. How embarrassing is that when we had wedding guests on their way.
