I am sorry to have used the service of RAR Technology. Although he did an decent job of installation, he has not lived up to his promise to fix my system and has ignored my requests to configure my system so that I may view my property from a remote access. He sold me a product that he insisted was state of the art only to have one of the cameras fail after 4 years. We hired this company for our viop phone system they were in our office for 2 days breaking my ceiling tiles and not replacing them also we had some of our equipment stolen from our server room we asked the owner Robert Rase if he knew anything about our equipment being stolen and he told us the equipment was old and he did us a favor by trashing it so we filed a police report DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEFS!!!!
We hired RAR TECH. for our VIP phone system they did a horrible job leaving a mess and stole equipment from my server room the owner Robert Rase is very rude and a theifYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Buyer beware! The owner of this company is very rude his name is Robert Rase he installed camara systems in my place of business and 2 days after 3 out of 8 camaras stopped working this happen 7 weeks ago and he still has not returned to fix the problem or cover his warranty at the very least. I've called him numerous times and he keeps telling me he will arrive tomorrow... for 7 weeks he's saying this and never shows up! I needed to pay another company to fix his terrible work
