Contracted by appliance manufacturer to come out to fix our stove that has been inoperable for 4 days. An hour and a half AFTER they were scheduled to arrive, they TEXTED us to say they are not in the area until later in the week. Awful service (really, no service) and completely unprofessional.
Taylor is the best service provider!!! Not only does she fix the issue but explains clearly what the issue is and whether she can fix it or not. Its has been a pleasure working with her!!!
Excellent customer service. Highly recommend and will use them again. Initially, Carlos came and fixed my dryer (or so we thought). He went out of his way to help fix the seal on the door- which was a PAIN to do. Unfortunately, the dryer stopped working again, so Taylor came back out within a few hours. She didn't have the part that we needed but returned within 30 mins and fixed the dryer in no time. She even checked my washer machine to give me some advice on cleaning. I call 5 different places to come to see what was wrong with my refrigerator, 2 of the places charge over 100.00 to come to do diagnostic test. 3 never return my calls. I call RAR Richard's and left a message within 30 minutes they call me back I told them what's the problem with my refrigerator and they told me to go an buy a new refrigerator cos it's will be better to do that the repair. This was the second time I’ve used RAR and am extremely pleased with them. Richard came out a couple years ago and was honest about repairing our microwave vs buying a new one. This time it was for our 30 year old dryer that wasn’t heating. Their technician Carlos came out and confirmed the part that was needed, got it ordered and returned today to install it.
