Mr. Mercer was indeed a class act. Before court, he made it his business to talk with and interact with our family. Eye to eye contact and truly listening. I was most impressed with how he conducted himself in the courtroom. At one point victim’s family hollered out with slurs. Mr Mercer turned, looking her directly and said “so sorry for your loss”. Afterwards continued with his assignment. If mercy is what you need, let Mr. Mercer be your champion. A God sent for sure.
Was very personable. Talk to each person that was present, approximately 15-20 people to ask how we knew the person whose case he presented. I would recommend him as a lawyer.

I would just like to say first and foremost it was an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Mercer. I had an old case from nearly a decade ago that I was looking to get expunged. Mr. Mercer always made me feel as though my case was a priority and he handled each and every obstacle we came across head on and with outstanding professionalism and just fine attorney work.
