Had 1pm appointment for facial...waited an hour and asked a few times, don't count on getting appointment time. Very frustrating, I am on a time crunch and didn't have 2 hours to waste today. (30 min drive) Don't schedule appointments you can't take within a reasonable amount of time. It's just not considerate of my time.
We love Raquel!! I’ve been bringing my son to her for the past 5 years, she’s super patient, great bedside manners, and quick with haircuts. He always comes out with a flawless haircut. Highly recommend! ✨
