Customer service is very good and TC, her daughter, and Boss teamed up to sort my hair out due to being busy on the day. I’m post partum and my scalp has been very flaky and inflamed and this is the ONLY salon to have sorted my scalp during post partum and my hair isn’t shedding either. Boss knows his way around a blow dryer, deranging brush, and straightened honey. TC knows what your hair needs and how to help you have healthy hair and scalp. Went in nervous. Dont know much about hair and stuff. I've never seen such amazing, kind folk. Made me feel comfortable, valid. Did an amazing, AMAZING job with my hair. I'm totally going again when I can, would rate 10 stars. I've never seen a "big happy family" group. But this felt like it must be that. I felt welcomed, and to be honest, safe. Thank you
TC gave me the exact look that I was going for and I absolutely love it. Overall the shop was a vibe, good spirits. Will definitely recommend.
