I genuinely don't understand how this salon has the reviews it does. I gave this place chance after chance over several months because I recently moved to the area and it was only five minutes from me. The owner's work (Raquel) was semi decent, but if I'm being honest, convenience was the only reason I kept coming back since I hadn't had the chance to try other salons yet. I’ve been going to Raquel for two years, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and valued as a client. Raquel is not only incredibly talented, but she’s also one of the most professional and reliable business owners I’ve ever worked with. Tried calling no one answer on maps says they are open till 7 got there at 5:40 door locked very annoying traveled 30 minutes to get there because I heard good things but never going back lady said they were closed if so fix your hour of operation ! Instead of wasting people time
10 out of 10! Raquel is my favorite nail technician. She cares so much about her craft and always delivers outstanding work! I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. She did my nails for my wedding and it was stunning. I’ve been going to her for 2 plus years and I believe I’ve found my life long nail technician. No matter where I move to I’ll always come back!!!
