I've been going to PT here on and off for about 6 months, regarding 2 separate issues. Working with Lindsay and Josh and their techs, were able to fix the terrible vertigo I was having and help me to strengthen my low back, which I have had a lot of discomfort and pain. What is great too is the stretches and strengthening exercises I was taught that can be done at home. Highly recommend them
I have only positive comments regarding my experience at Foothills. • Women at the front desk were always welcoming. • I was greeted at each session with “how are you doing today?” by people who actually wanted to know! • Clear instructions were given for each exercise; but if I ever needed help, repetition was gladly given. • “Stop if you reach pain” was emphasized by everyone. • Therapists were friendly, cheerful, attentive—noticing if an exercise was not going well and needed additional adjustment. • My initial progress s... read more
I had the pleasure of working with David for my plantar fasciitis and highly recommend him and the team at Foothills. I had let my condition go too long and it had become a more difficult situation. David worked not only on resolving the plantar fasciitis but also on strengthening my muscles to avoid further problems down the road. I love this spa! Just kidding, not a spa but I do love this place. From the moment you come in, to the support staff to the therapists, I have nothing but praise and thank you. Clients are greeted by name with consistent friendliness.But more importantly, they excel in the field.
