Have a torn shoulder and could barely lift my arm in front of me. Josh and the PT team crafted a workout that fully strengthened the shoulder and surrounding back/neck. Entire staff was super approachable and knowledgeable, ensuring that each exercise was accomplished properly for maximum effect. Solid team delivered solid results!

I love Josh, Sidney and team for making the process of rehabbing my frozen shoulder as convenient and easy as possible. We made the most of our time in clinic and they gave homework so I wouldn’t fall behind on my treatment plan when I couldn’t get to the clinic. I am back fully enjoying sports like skiing and swimming without shoulder pain.
I received PT at the Brown & Lindsey location in Mesa. Josh & Sydney are the Best Ever Therapists who know their business. Plus, they are compassionate, caring, and work hard to address the needs of every client. While Josh was my go-to-guy, he and Sydney worked as a team along with the rest of the Assistant Staff to give me the best outcome possible. I highly recommend everyone at this location.
Just wanted to share that Lindsey and her entire staff are amazing! I have worked with Lindsey on a couple of different occassions and her knowledge and professionalism are top notch! This last time I mainly worked with Jillian and she is so helpful to help you get back to a normal lifestyle. The rest of the techs and therapists are great as well as everyone is always pleasant! Highly recommend!
