If you have natural hair, do not come here. My hair is completely fried. Curls will not revert back. I decided to book here since their website specified they "cater" to all hair types including curly and coily. I got service done on Dec 13th by Ms. Raquel. The silk press came out very beautiful and silky. The staff were nice and welcoming. I received a wash, deep condition, silk press and hair cut. Raquel is the epitome of professionalism, she is a master at her craft. I’ve been a client of hers for over a decade and have never witnessed her being rude even to difficult clients. Some of the comments are shocking and appalling. My hair has been every color from green to pink and remains healthy!
I recently got my daughter‘s hair done at Raquel’s and the service did not disappoint. They took their time with the wash and deep conditioning. The service was 10 out of 10!
I came today for wash/blow out + hair cut. Carmen did my wash and it was AMAZING! she scrubbed all my thoughts away. Raquel did my blowout and trim & also offered me so much needed information about my hair care. I love how my hair looks and feels & I will 100% be back.
