Front part on my scalp is burnt and hair is gone after my visit to this awful salon!!!! I won't be coming back and didn't finish my silk press since I was ready to go I've been to this salon many times. Took a break since the last time, it wasn't a bad nor good experience and the staff can be rude. Lianne is nice but the others, even Raquel, are rude. I came back since I wanted my hair dyed. This establishment staffed a VERY rude and unprofessional stylist, or owner...it's for them to figure out internally and discuss amongst themselves for corrective action. I was in the parking lot waiting on my Husband at Nicks of Clinton between 1-2PM and my daughter had to use the restroom. As I became aware that many of the stores in the strip said they did not have a public restroom, I was persistent to find one as I had a 4 year old who has recently graduated from potty training who needed to go to the bathroom urgently.... read more

First thing that shampoo and conditioner was amazing!!! I haven’t had my hair scrubbed like that in so long. Overall my experience was lovely, very pleasant! I’ll definitely be back!
