Dr Ong is amazing ! She is warm and personable and truly listens. She is quite knowledgeable about a wide variety of medical topics . She helps me not only with my thyroid issue but also makes recommendations about my general and cardiovascular health. I love how easily accessible she is - she responds quickly to messages on MyChart. It is refreshing to have my dr also be tech savvy! Thank you Dr Ong!
Takes 30 min of wait to get through to talk to someone to make an appt. Her website says Dr Ong is taking new patients but you have to wait over one year. This is ridiculous. Take off the website you are taking new patients and make sure someone answers the phone within a reasonable time. I will not be seeing a doctor like this.
Extremely caring. Never rushed. Test results explained. The doctor and her staff makes me confident with any questions that I might have.
Dr Ong is one of the few physicians that shows professionalism, knowledge and compassion. She is very attentive, answers all your questions and is very thorough during every visit. Whenever I have the need to contact her the response is fast. I feel so fortunate to have her ask my endocrinologist and HMH is fortunate to have her part of their network. On a scale of 1-10 she is an 11. Thank you Dr. Ong for all you do to keep me healthy.
Dr. Ong is absolutely the best!! She doesn't rush your office visit and is extremely responsive to requests. She consistently displays patience and compassion. Obviously, she is extremely knowledgeable and has provided me with a successful plan to reach my health goals. I love her!!
