Found the perfect gown for my daughter!! Raquel makes the bride feel so special!
. Not opened Fridays so if you traveled like me an hour and a half they aren’t open. Don’t know why it sais opened on Fridays.
Very impolite and rude over the phone
We had the best experience from start to finish. Chaya Leah completely understood our vision. She was patient, warm and kind! The appointments ran on time! We have already recommended Raquel to other brides as well.
I had such a frustrating experience here, and I will never be coming back. From the start, it was a struggle just to get an appointment with a seamstress—I had to beg them to squeeze me in, and the only available time was 2 PM but I tried to explain I have a job they wouldn’t listen and made my life more difficult. When I finally arrived, the gown’s sleeves were way too long, and they mentioned adding a built-in corset in the first consultation which was never done.
