Dr Raquel was pleasant. I wouldn't say professional because she took positive criticism/my input, not too well; very defensive. As a result terminated my/our contract; which is fine because I was leaning that way but willing to give her one more chance. Day after day was frustrating. First issue was there was no sign I had to bring up a sign being posted after the third day and when she finally put one up, but it was raggedy. Dr. Raq was amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help me as first time homebuyer from applications, to house shopping, walk throughs, and closing. She was there every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. If you need a realtor she will not disappoint!
