Well, I've been trying to get an appointment as a new patient for days and they are not answering their phone. This talk a lot of what kind of professional they are. I don't know how this other people who wrote all of those 5 star review got their appointment, which make me think that probably they're all fake. If you just started your practice with your own office as a doctor and your staff do not answer your office calls, shame on you.
She is truly a good hearted person and an even better doctor. My mom and I are very proud of her and recommend to everybody.
Dr. Michel is such a calming doctor. I worried I was suffering from a medical condition. I felt silly even mentioning it, although she felt I was not a candidate, she ordered tested to verify and put my mind at ease. In addition she was able to determine why I was feeling the way I was feeling. Her patience, kindness, and effective treatment makes me grateful to have her as my primary healthcare provider.
