I have been going to Rapunzel's for some time now and have always had a wonderful experience there. The entire team are always friendly, professional and eager to help, and they go to a lot of trouble to ensure their clients have a good experience. On writing this review, and reading the others, I was really surprised to notice a one star review from a lady who then also wrote that she was further assisted (free of charge) to put things right to ensure her happiness.
