Highly recommend. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My stylist Aleisha listened to my frustrations about my recent 'bad haircut' (from another salon) and fixed it beautifully. Will definitely be going back.
I have been going to Rapunzel's for some time now and have always had a wonderful experience there. The entire team are always friendly, professional and eager to help, and they go to a lot of trouble to ensure their clients have a good experience. On writing this review, and reading the others, I was really surprised to notice a one star review from a lady who then also wrote that she was further assisted (free of charge) to put things right to ensure her happiness. An amazing experience from start to finish. The quality of the hair extensions is incredible, and the application was flawless. They look completely natural, are lightweight, and were perfectly colour-matched to my hair. The attention to detail and expertise really shows. I’ll definitely be returning.
I payed near $300 to have chocolate root colour and I already had blondish foils and asked for the same with some copper foils as well. And it was partly dried off afterwards but was still wet and my fringe wasn't dried at all. And now all I can see is the blonde which look like Tiger stripes and not even around my hair at all next to no copper at all.
