MANNY was AMAZING!! So friendly, made both of my son's feel comfortable and not as nervous as they were..His customer service is great! He didn't push us to buy things that we didn't want to, or just make a sale, he was lovely. Both my boys got their ear lobes pierced, and I purchased a set of nipple barbells. It wasn't a "get what you need and bounce". There was conversations, professional at the same time, 10/10 I would rate Manny. Wonderful employee who definitely needs to be recognized!

Can’t say I’m super happy. It’s hard to see the placement with the foot traffic walking by, the lighting and trusting your piercer when looking in the mirror at the dots. They’re not even. Granted I have other ear piercings, I’m not sure what happened when she did my second hole but it’s way closer to my other earring vs my right ear. Moments like this, I wish I didn’t tip. Not super happy with the end result but what can I do? My right ear ( the first one done has my helix pierced )
Alexis is a baddie she was so helpful very knowledgeable I made looking for jewelry very easy. She also told me about discounts and other locations. Y’all need to give her a fat raise Thank you, Alexis for being amazing!!!
Kaity did a fantastic job on mine and my besties piercings! We love how they turned out and she did an excellent job of asking us if we were comfortable/sure about our next steps. She also gave great advice about placement and aftercare. Will be back for all my piercing needs!
