Nani was amazing she helped us pick out some amazing jewelry. I used to work at this location with Danielle and she made me think of her. Such an amazing person
Mackenzie was awesome! i had been to a few spots around and the customer service was not it. i went here and mackenzie acknowledged me even while helping someone else which was so nice. she was so knowledgeable about the piercings and what sizes they were, if i could give her 10 stars i would!
Anthony at the kiosk was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He was a really great help and I definitely look forward to seeing him again the next time I go looking for accessories! Highly recommend sending my friends his way.

I love going to rapture for my piercing jewelry! Every employee who’s helped me had been great, super helpful and pleasant to have a conversation with. Last time I was there McKenzie helped me and she was awesome, we had a great conversation and she helped me pick out some cool jewelry and gave me great advice.
