The first installation was done, but the windshield had noticeable wind buffeting and the wipers were hitting the sides. After that, we tried to arrange a time for them to come back and fix it, but our schedules never lined up. In the end, they asked me to travel to them instead. I decided to request a refund — after tipping 10% on the $250 job, they said they’d only refund $4. Disappointing experience overall, especially after trying to work things out fairly. Stay away
Cannot thank Sam and crew enough their awesome service replacement of my windshield today. Lots of communication leading up to the appointment and they were able to do this conveniently in the parking lot at my office. No better customized service. Highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could.
