Quick reply, competitive quote, a really nice group of guys to do the work and impeccable clean up after. I hope to not have another compromised tree that needs to come down but, if I do, I’d call Raptor again immediately.

This is my first time leaving a negative review, and I’m willing to remove it if this is resolved. Raptor Tree Service cut our trees and, per our contract, also agreed to remove the tree stakes afterward. The owner confirmed they would come back to remove them, but said the job had to be paid in full first. I paid the invoice in full as requested. Ricky and the team we're amazing. There was a major storm that blew over multiple trees in my backyard and onto my deck and patio. They were able to get out and remove all of the damaged and Fallen trees Within the week. Communication was great across the board. The team was efficient and Ricky was extremely responsive and helpful while working with insurance.

I called several places to come give me an estimate for removal of a huge Elm that toppled from the intense wind storm. Ricky came an hour later, sent a quote within 10 minutes of leaving, and came the NEXT DAY with his crew! Unbelievable service and a friendly, energetic crew. The went above and beyond! I’ll definitely spread the word! Highly recommend!

Great response time and great communication. He answered the phone quickly and provided the information I asked for. I had an emergency, and he was one of the few who responded immediately. Used them again in 2026 to remove a large Black Walnut. Great experience once again. The crew did a great job, were careful with the yard, and cleaned up nicely.
