Old guy is pretty rude can’t diagnose the problem will charge for a simple reset that won’t fix your car, I went ahead to another shop and got the car diagnosed for free and fixed.
So these guys left the plastic on my brakes. After I had a brake job done with them, the brakes continued to make a terrible noise - long after the break in period. When I brought it back to them for a recheck, the white plastic was etched into my rotors. All I can think of is the owner chuckling when he told me to turn up the music. Zero accountability for destroying my rotors.
I got a flat tire this morning right before I had to rush somewhere for work, a guy noticed me struggling with some fix a flat in the parking lot and told me to take my car to this place. I could not have gotten a better recommendation. The man at the front desk assisted me immediately, found where the leak was and patched it up for basically nothing. 10/10 customer service.
