Ben was very friendly when I contacted him and responded quickly to coming out to assess & quote us in the replacement of a shattered glass panel on our apartment balcony . He explained that it would take some time for the panel to be custom made and within a few weeks he returned to install the new panel . Ben is reliable, communicated very well to keep me updated and did an excellent job with the installation & I highly recommend him .
Raptor Glass and Aluminium provided an outstanding Service from start to finish. I was updated along the way and was able to make a few tweaks to original design before it was too late. Ben is top bloke and isn’t afraid of going the extra mile. Will be using again for my next Reno.
