I'm writing this review for who ever wants to take there pet to this location. I took my dog for a dental surgery , they charge me 4000$ but they burned my dog back with hitting pack during the surgery and They lied to me , they said it's not a measure burn and it's gonna take 2 weeks to heal , it have been month I'm going back and forth to the clinic !.My dog lost weight, have social anxiety ,not eating very well ,she still have scar tissue after one month , I have to took off of work and take care of her . Love your show. You do so mush for the animals and their people. Please keep up the much needed work. I wish you were in Montreal. ❣️
Quite flashy and over-promising on the surface but actually quite inconsistent in various ways. Their focus should be more on improving their professionalism, operation and actual care on the animals, and less on filming their Reality TV shows etc.
I adopted a cat 3 months ago, and took her in for an examination. Myself and my cat were very happy with the exam. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Thankyou!
Friendly, organized and professional throughout the process. The hospital is bright and clean. Parking is easy. Making an appointment online was a breeze and they are very accommodating. We saw Dr. Boterf who was wonderful with our JRT X. All of the staff we dealt with were great! We got what we asked for and nothing more. No pressure sales. No over vaccinations. We would not hesitate to recommend.
Thank you RAPS for taking such great care of my cat, Meeko!! I am so impressed with the veterinary care and service provided, they even follow up with you by text and email to see how your pet is doing (something I have not experienced before). I will most certainly be referring anyone looking for a veterinarian to RAPS animal hospital!!!!
