Very professional. We are new to home ownership and Dan took time to explain our options. He also was training an apprentice and was very patient pointing things out to both of us. My Mom used Raps and we would definitely use them again!

He proceeded in an orderly, and very professional manner, and found that we actually had TWO problems, that he quickly took care of!
