Worst experience in my life. They Wrecked furniture. Scratched flooring that hadn’t even been walked on yet until the day of the move. Workers sat in vehicles on their phone while I moved the stuff. Owner Yelled at me afterwards for me saying something to her about it. Charged me for guys that didn’t work and hours that we didn’t occur. RecommendedWould recommend Rapp's for any move. Very professional. Concerned when putting the TV stand back on that it was taking to much time and costing us money. Took great care with furniture and considerate of coming in on the new carpet. Highly recommend.
They did a great job, attention to detail, and very helpful. Especially Jake! thanks everybody.
