THEY CAME OUT LOOKED AT WHAT WE WANTED DONE BUT THEN IT TOOK MANY CALLS AND OVER 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO TELL US THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT OUR BUSINESS! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHING PERIOD!
Came to my rental for same repair 3 times third time is icing on the cake. Left for the day to come home to basement flooded due to bathroom above flooded. Compression fitting was glued not compressed which failed and flooded the house. Tons of water now on water bill, property damaged. And of course no one will answer the emergency lines.
We have had Rappley at our house and they have always been great to work with. They get to jobs as soon as they can. I have referred a few friends to them as well and they were also taken care of in a timely manner. In the business aspect, we also work closely with Rappley and again always a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great customer service. Highly recommend using them.
The tech, Kurt, was very kind and informative. They were very quick to come as he was here an hour after I called and the service was very affordable. I highly recommend calling them.
